Hi, I'm Emma.
I know what it's like to have the destination in your head but no flight plan.
After 22 years in advertising, sales and marketing, I knew how to sell. What I didn't know was how to build and sell a retreat. I started with no retreat experience, no email list, no fancy website, no real social media presence and a small budget.
What I did have was sales and marketing know-how, belief in what I was creating, and a willingness to work it out. So I did. I built a strategy that works and makes a profit, and it became the Retreat Flight Path™.

Hosting gives retreat leaders the option to run qualifying retreats through Elite Retreat Engine's agency infrastructure rather than having to build every piece of the booking and protection infrastructure themselves.
You still own your brand, create your retreat, deliver your experience and lead your guests. But ERE can provide the agreed agency, booking and administrative infrastructure around the retreat.

Year one
Included
Your first year of hosting with us is included with the Retreat Flight Path™ and Retreat Flight Path™ Business Class, subject to application and approval. So you don't finish six months of building your retreat business and then suddenly have to work out what happens next.
Year two & beyond
£1,600–£2,500 per year
Continue hosting through us from Year 2, subject to the applicable terms and approval. You build the business. You create the experience. We keep the engine running.
Retreat leaders remain responsible for providing required information, appropriate insurance, risk assessments, relevant qualifications and the safe delivery of their retreat. Not every retreat is automatically financially protected; protection applies only to qualifying packages under the agreed agency structure.
