A sales representative to help sell spaces is only included on First Class.
First Class
You already know what you want to create. You just don't want to build the machinery yourself. We build it. We generate the enquiries. You host the retreat.

If you continue hosting through us, the annual renewal is from £1,600–£2,500 per year depending on your package, subject to the applicable terms and approval. One retreat becomes a business. No. On Business Class and First Class we generate a minimum of 100 enquiries through agreed lead-generation activity. On Business Class you follow them up and convert the bookings yourself. First Class is the only option where we supply a sales representative to help sell spaces.
Year 1 of hosting with us is included with The Retreat Flight Path™ and Business Class, subject to application and approval. From Year 2 it renews at £1,600–£2,500 per year depending on package and number of retreats, subject to applicable terms and approval.
Not at all. We set it up and show you round in the sessions. If you can send an email, you can fly this.
We bring your contacts and anything worth keeping across into your Elite Retreat Engine account, so you can cancel the tools you no longer need. We'll chat it through on your onboarding call.
Your account and set-up are included. Email, WhatsApp and your AI chat assistant all come with a generous monthly allowance, which is plenty for a growing retreat business. If you ever need more, we'll talk to you before anything is charged.
Yours. Always. We look after the system, you own your guest list. We handle their data in line with UK GDPR.
Your account sits within the Elite Retreat Engine agency for as long as you're with us. Your contacts and your domain are always yours. Usage like texts and bulk email is covered up to a fair-use level. If you ever decide to fly solo, see the next question.
No lock-in, no hostage situation. Your domain stays yours, and you can export your contacts whenever you like. If you want to keep the whole set-up, we can help you move your account to your own subscription on the same platform so you carry on flying, just under your own steam.
