What you still need to provide
Hosting through us doesn't mean you hand over responsibility for the retreat itself.
We still need you to provide the information and documentation required for your retreat to be reviewed and approved. This may include:
- Risk assessments
- Public Liability Insurance
- Professional Indemnity Insurance where relevant
- Supplier information
- Relevant qualifications and certifications
- Emergency procedures
- Participant documentation
- Evidence of safe delivery
- Any other information required for your specific retreat

After the programme
Year one
Included
Your first year of hosting with us is included with the Retreat Flight Path™ and Retreat Flight Path™ Business Class, subject to application and approval. So you don't finish six months of building your retreat business and then suddenly have to work out what happens next. You can keep flying with us.
Year two & beyond
£1,600–£2,500 per year
From Year 2 onwards, you can continue hosting through us, subject to the applicable terms and approval. You remain responsible for providing the required information, insurance, certifications, risk assessments and safe delivery of your retreat.

What is hosting through us?
Hosting gives approved retreat leaders the option to run qualifying retreats through Elite Retreat Engine's agency infrastructure, rather than building every piece of the booking and protection infrastructure themselves. You keep your brand, your retreat and your guest experience.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. You remain responsible for maintaining your own insurance and relevant documentation for your own professional practice. We provide the insurances for selling travel to comply with the Package Travel Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018).
What is the process?
Apply on the form and we'll arrange a call with you to talk everything through. You fill in a form with all the details of your retreat and upload your documents for review. If confirmed, you pay, we set your retreat booking up on our systems and you can start selling your retreat or retreats. We handle the booking and take payments, keeping you informed all the way. We pay your suppliers before the retreat if required. You host your retreat. We pay you your profit after the retreat.
How much does it cost?
Year 1 is included with The Retreat Flight Path™ and Business Class, subject to application and approval. From Year 2 it renews at £1,600–£2,500 per year, depending on your package and the number of retreats you're running.
