The experience
A transformative one-day retreat to manifest your dreams. A powerful pause to turn procrastination into clarity and intention into movement: a day where the things quietly holding you back finally make sense, and what you want stops feeling distant, heavy or hard to follow through on.
Who it's for: Women. Hosted by Find Your Bliss Retreats with Emma, Deborah and Alison.
Programme
- 01A day of reconnection: join three Soul Led Infinite Receiving coaches. Begin with the Before the Goal workshop and sharing circle, understanding why you've been stuck without shame, and regulating your mindset and energy before setting goals
- 02Nutritious food: a wholesome lunch with time to integrate what shifted in the morning. All diets and allergies catered for
- 03Energise your body: the Non-Linear Movement Method, a freeing, intuitive way to release tension and stuck patterns and regulate your nervous system. You cannot get this wrong
- 04Mindfulness walk through Beddington Park, alongside the River Wandle
- 05Enrich your mind: a future-self visualisation, followed by a vision board session to begin the manifestation process
- 06Connect and make friends, then a closing circle to anchor what you've learnt, released and envisioned
